Detach from Your Emotions to Stay Balanced
When you feel pressure or stress in life you must watch yourself carefully. Don't get swept up in the emotions. Analyze if your negative emotions are disproportionately related to what's actually happening; you may find that your emotions are driving your decisions and you are becoming irrational.
